"We have stayed at Comfort Inn in Lincolton several times and have even recommended your establishment to others (who have since stayed at the Inn).
Although we enjoyed out stay, there was one problem. As we were serving ourselves breakfast a roach crawled across the buffet table. Another customer at the hotel disposed of it.
This is a situation that needs to be addressed right away before you lose business"
